Lab Equipment:
- 18 C-arm fluoroscopic units from GE/OEC® (9900 Elite and 9800) and Siemens (Compact)
- AMX audio-visual patching system throughout the building
- 12 LCD monitors in the main first floor lab with robotic 3CCD HD cameras at the main teaching stations with video conferencing capabilities.
- 7 LCD monitors in the main second floor lab with robotic HD cameras at the main teaching stations.
- Laparoscopic equipment for six stations
- 1 Carl Zeiss, OPMI® PenteroT neurosurgical microscope with video and still photography capabilities with input from DVD/CD/USB video source
- 2 Leica® neurosurgical microscopes
Lab Auditorium:
- 50 seats, expandable to 80 to accommodate other activities
- LCD high-resolution projection with video conferencing capabilities
- Wireless and boundary microphones to facilitate live demonstrations from the anatomical labs to the auditorium providing 2-way audio communication
- CD/memory stick/computer desktop PowerPoint capabilities
- Symposium® small touch-screen panel suitable for use as a note pad or note board for presentations on the large video/presentation screen
