The Medical Education & Research Institute is a nonprofit medical teaching and training facility in Memphis, TN. The MERI conducts state-of-the-art, hands-on educational courses for physicians from across the country and around the world.

• AUG 2010 MERI Named a Simulation Center of Excellence - Governor Phil Bredesen signed resolution #794 designating MERI as a Simulation Center of Excellence in the State of Tennessee. The resolution was introduced by Senator Mark Norris and signed on April 30, 2010.
